Zeravest Terms of Service

- Acceptance of Terms
- These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “User”) and Zeravest Technologies Ltd., a company registered in Nigeria (“Zeravest”, “we”, “us”, “our”), governing all access to and use of the Zeravest web application, mobile web, APIs, chatbot, and any associated content or services (collectively, the “Service”).
- By creating an account, clicking “Sign Up”, visiting the Site, or otherwise accessing the Service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.
- Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract in Nigeria or your jurisdiction.
- If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.
- Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and maintain it thereafter
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@zeravest.ng of any unauthorised use.
- You may not share, transfer, or sell your account or any account credentials.
- Use Licence
- Zeravest grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial educational purposes, subject to these Terms.
- All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Zeravest and its licensors.
- Prohibited Conduct You agree NOT to
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of any part of the Service.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or trade secrets.
- Use automated scripts (including bots, spiders, scrapers) without our prior written consent.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state affiliation with Zeravest.
- Introduce or promote any investment scheme that violates Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) Nigeria rules or any applicable law.
- Use the Chatbot to generate or disseminate illegal, offensive, or misleading financial advice.
- Collect or harvest personally identifiable information of other users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or third-party data contained therein.
- Use the Service in any way that violates Nigerian, EU, U.S., or other applicable laws or regulations.
- Content & Intellectual Property
- Zeravest Content: All text, graphics, data, charts, logos, and software are owned by Zeravest or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws
- User Content: You retain ownership of any original material you post or upload (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant Zeravest a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable licence to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this licence.
- Feedback: Any suggestions, comments, or improvements you provide become the sole property of Zeravest without restriction or compensation.
- Third-Party Integrations & Links The Service may display or link to brokers, data vendors, or news sites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Access them at your own risk.
- Market Data & Educational Disclaimer
- All market information, prices, news, and Chatbot responses are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute investment advice, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
- Zeravest does not manage money or provide brokerage services. Seek a licensed investment adviser before acting on any information.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee timeliness, completeness, or correctness of data; you use it at your own risk.
- Fees & Payment
- Basic access is free. Premium features may require payment. All fees are quoted in Naira (₦).
- Payments are processed through third-party gateways; additional terms apply.
- Except as required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Termination & Suspension
- We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful.
- Upon termination your right to access the Service ceases immediately, but Sections 5, 6, 11–15 survive.
- Disclaimer of Warranties THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. ZERAVEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
- Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZERAVEST, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ₦10,000 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
- Indemnification You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Zeravest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
- Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably by negotiation with our customer-support team.
- If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the Lagos Court of Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Lagos, Nigeria, and the language shall be English. Judgement on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
- You agree that any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises; otherwise it is permanently barred.
- Changes to Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where feasible, notified via email or in-app alert. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Severability & Waiver If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
- Entire Agreement These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms or policies incorporated herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Zeravest regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
